The Excel Fix Is In!

Latest EDI Power Reader release adds improved export options

EMS has released the latest version of the EDI Power Reader. This version contains the Excel Export fix that began with Microsoft’s operating system update releases in October. We also made enhancements to the Reader’s Export functions. We kept the standard Microsoft Excel XLS format (2007 and earlier) for backward compatibility, and the Tab Delimited Text file option. Download and install the new EDI Power Reader update today! Contact us with questions or issues at 716-626-3310 or at ProductSupport@emscorp.bizEnhancements include:

  • (NEW) Microsoft Excel XLSX format (an open XML spreadsheet file) with Excel’s max limit of over 1 million rows! Previously the Reader had a 65,000 row limitation.
  • (NEW) Comma Separated (CSV) Text format
  • (NEW) An added .NET component requirement. Most, if not all, operating systems starting with Windows 7 should already have the required components.
